Please visit the British Divers Marine Life Rescue website and click on the "Area Co-ordinators" link, select the co-ordinator which is nearest to the area you saw the animal. You may also phone any of the numbers below.
If you visit the coast often and want a contact number for your area simply visit the same page and note the co-ordinator's number for your area.
We are aware many local people have our phone number and may be somewhere else in Britain when they spot a stranding, in these circumstances you may contact us and we will endeavour to pass on your sighting to the co-ordinator of that area.

Remember a seal may bite, a cetacean such as a Porpoise or Dolphin has sharp teeth and may make sudden, violent, tail/swim movements.
